Searching for a primary care provider

Denver Health there a few options when choosing a primary care provider…

Family Medicine Physician:
This is a doctor who specializes in providing care for the entire family and can
care for all ages. Family medicine physicians are useful if there is a history of
a particular problem—or even if your family is suffering from a cold or flu—the
family medicine doctor can treat the entire family.

Internal
Medicine Physician:
This is a doctor who specializes in providing care for adults.

Pediatrician:
This is
a doctor who specializes in the treatment of babies, children, and teenagers. Pediatricians
are a good choice because they can provide specialized care for children as they
develop.
